Smoothie Board

Looking for a way to balance out the Halloween candy splurging, or load up on Vitamin C and Antioxidants with the back-to-school germs? This smoothie board is a great way to do so, and is fun for the whole family. I set out the blender and let the kids pick out what they want in each of their smoothies (and let Dezi push the button)! The freshly squeezed Cara Cara orange juice and drizzle of honey help to mask the kale and spinach. Serve with mini yogurt parfaits, and you won’t feel guilty about that Twix bar you snuck from the Halloween stash!

Halloween S’Mores Board

The countdown for Halloween is on, and we are getting ready with this Spooktacular S’mores Board!

So many frightfully delicious options for your little ghouls and goblins. I found these adorable ghost marshmallows at Walmart, along with the “Witch’s Brew” and “Pumpkin Pie” Kit Kats, and all of the other yummy treats.

The Ghost S’mores Dip was a hit! Ooey gooey goodness filled with Hershey’s Chocolate, Peanut Butter, and Nutella. Pop the ingredients in a cast iron skillet, top with the marshmallows, and heat until the chocolate is melted and the marshmallows are nice and toasty. Dip graham crackers, pretzels, sliced apples… whatever your spooky heart desires.

The “Swamp Dip” is one of my favorites to add to any snack board. The Pistachio Butter from my favorite farmer’s market stand, Arnett Farms… It’s to die for! Top with chopped pistachios and dried cranberries. You might not want to share.

I think my favorite combo on the whole board was the “Dracula Bite”… a Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Raspberry Square and a fresh raspberry. Soo decadent and delicious.
